Do you book international flights from the US to Colombia?
Our true expertise is on the ground in Colombia, so our packages don't automatically include international airfare. However, if you want a completely hands-off experience, we offer a Flight Concierge Service. For a minimal 1.5% admin fee, we will hunt down the best flight routes and book them securely using your credit card. You just pack your bags; we handle the rest.
What if I have an emergency and need to cancel or reschedule?
We know life happens. To secure your bookings, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 15 days before your trip begins (payable in up to 3 easy installments).
- Cancellations: If you cancel 15+ days before your trip, you receive a full refund. (Inside 15 days, no-show policies depend on the specific local providers).
- Rescheduling: Need to shift your dates? Just give us a 72-hour notice before your trip starts, and we will work with you to seamlessly reschedule your adventure.
