For these pre-designed routes, our earnings come directly from our local partners, meaning no extra cost to you. Want a 100% tailor-made journey from scratch? We charge a modest 5% advisory fee on the total trip cost. This covers our expert curation, securing the absolute best local prices, and designing a flawless, one-of-a-kind itinerary.
Do you book international flights from the US to Colombia?
Our true expertise is on the ground in Colombia, so our packages don’t automatically include international airfare. However, if you want a completely hands-off experience, we offer a Flight Concierge Service. For a minimal 1% admin fee, we will hunt down the best flight routes and book them securely using your credit card. You just pack your bags; we handle the rest.
What if I have an emergency and need to cancel or reschedule?
We know life happens. To secure your bookings, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 15 days before your trip begins (payable in up to 3 easy installments).
Cancellations: If you cancel 15+ days before your trip, you receive a full refund. (Inside 15 days, no-show policies depend on the specific local providers).
Rescheduling: Need to shift your dates? Just give us a 72-hour notice before your trip starts, and we will work with you to seamlessly reschedule your adventure.
