Day 1
Arrival in Bogotá

Day 2-5
Bogotá Work Week
Four work days from a premium apart-hotel with verified 200+ Mbps internet. Evenings at Bogotá's best restaurants — the city that surprised every single traveler who thought they knew Latin American food.
Day 6
Excursion: Laguna de Guatavita or Zipaquirá
Full day. Private transfer to the sacred pre-Columbian lake of Guatavita (the origin of the El Dorado legend) or the underground Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá.
Day 7
Fly to Medellín
Sunday morning flight. Drop 1,000 meters and gain 6 degrees. Welcome dinner in El Poblado or Laureles. Same internet standard, different energy.
Day 8-10
Medellín Work Week
Four more work days from a premium apart-hotel. Friday community culture tour through Moravia or Comunas 13. The particular energy of a city still becoming something.
Day 11
Guatapé
Saturday at Guatapé — the reservoir, the rock, the private boat. Traditional paisa lunch. Back in Medellín by early evening.
Day 12
Fly to Santa Marta
Sunday flight. The Caribbean arrives immediately — sea light, warmer air, a different pace in the colonial patios. Three more work days with guaranteed connectivity from the historic center.
Day 13-14
Santa Marta Work Days + Sunset Sailing
Work from the historic center. Friday sunset sailing in Santa Marta bay. The transition from productive week to Caribbean evening is seamless.
Day 15
Minca Cloud Forest
Saturday up into the Sierra Nevada to Minca — cloud forest, coffee hacienda, waterfalls. Final dinner Friday night at a waterfront restaurant.
Day 16
Departure
Sunday departure from Santa Marta. One last Caribbean morning.
