Day 1
The Expedition Begins
Early arrival at Santa Marta Airport (SMR). Private SUV to El Mamey (2.5 hours). Expedition lunch. Begin trekking (approx 4 hours) to Camp 1. Dinner prepared by your private chef.
Day 2
Into Ancestral Territory
Sunrise breakfast. Full day hike (approx 7 hours) crossing the Buritaca River, passing through Mutanyi (Wiwa village). Arrive at Camp 3 (Paraíso Teyuna) at the base of the Lost City.
Day 3
Teyuna, The Lost City
Dawn ascent of the 1,200 original stone steps built by the Tayronas. Explore the circular terraces emerging from the jungle. Afternoon descent and return hike to Camp 2.
Day 4
The Return & Caribbean Rescue
Final hike back to El Mamey (5-6 hours). Celebration lunch. Private SUV to Palomino (1.5-2 hours). Check-in at your beachfront hotel. 60-minute recovery massage included.
Day 5
Barefoot Recovery
A day without alarms. Spend the day between the designer pool, the beach, and the hotel restaurant. Optional walk through the village boutiques.
Day 6
The Last Sunset
Free day. Optional: surf, gentle river tubing, or simply enjoy the sun. Farewell dinner celebrating the perfect blend of raw expedition and relaxed luxury.
Day 7
Back to Reality
Beachfront breakfast. Private SUV from Palomino to Santa Marta Airport (SMR) for your departure flight (1.5-2 hours).
